On July 22, we’re kicking off something powerful—not just a fitness challenge, but a lifestyle reset right on campus. I’m proud to lead this initiative with Get Fit Eat Well, designed to empower students to take charge of their wellness through community, consistency, and action.
We’re starting with 3 simple but powerful challenges:
Drink Water Challenge: Revitalize your body by staying hydrated.
Dance Challenge: Get moving and express yourself through joyful movement.
Abs Challenge: Build core strength with short, powerful exercises.
This is more than a one-day event. This is the beginning of building habits that last. Whether you’re in the gym, in class, or walking across campus, I challenge you to show up—for yourself, your health, and your future.
Why These Challenges?
Because transformation doesn’t start with big decisions. It starts with daily action—drinking more water, getting your heart rate up, and moving your body intentionally.
Through this campaign, I want to show that wellness isn’t out of reach—it’s already within you.
